Everything about our dining experience at Fig Bistro was outstanding. Our girls' weekend brought us in from San Francisco, Texas, Indiana, and Charlotte, and we ate our way through Asheville, but the five of us unanimously agreed that Fig Bistro was the most memorable dining experience of the weekend. We also dined at The Admiral and Zambra's for dinner and Tupelo Honey and Table for lunch (all wonderful). Our server, Hank, was informative and enthusiastic about food and wine pairings, which added so much to the overall experience.
Fig is located on the periphery of Biltmore Village in a small commercial development that a lot of people don't know about. Too bad. Fig is a great little place that serves consistently very good food and has for several years.
